§ 127.405. Repairs.

The operator must ensure that---
(a)Equipment repairs are made so that---
(1)The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart and in NFPA 59A (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003); and
(2)Safety is not compromised; and
